ATTENTION SOCIAL WORKERS & SOCIAL SERVICE STAFF!

YOU ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN A MONTHLY SOCIAL WORK CONFERENCE CALL

2nd Thursday every month at 12:30 PM

The Arizona Long Term Care Social Work Task Force is offering a FREE monthly conference call for social workers and social service staff. Relevant and challenging issues are discussed in an interactive, roundtable-style forum with other social work peers. The conference call is held the second Thursday of every month and is facilitated by a member of the Social Work Task Force. Participants can ask questions, present cases or just listen in on the discussion. This is a wonderful networking opportunity to ask those tough questions about issues faced in the nursing home as well as share ideas and resources with each other.

To join the call:

  • Call the conference number up to five minutes prior to the conference call and up to five minutes after 12:30 PM
  • Dial 1-712-770-4700 (long distance charges may apply for callers outside the Phoenix area)
  • Enter Access Code: 968760
  • The call will be forty-five minutes long
  • You can email your questions by10:00am the day of the call to paigehector@gmail.com

Please do not join the call after 12:35 PM

Discussions are confidential and HIPPA compliant.
